Morning accountability
A wake-up accountability app for you and a friend.
Choose an alarm that gets you moving, then share the progress with a person you trust. Coop’s Wake Partners lets connected people see shared daily results, streaks and wake times.
Optional sharing needs an internet connection. Your alarm setup stays on the phone; shared partner and group information is a separate connected feature.
Wake-up accountability with a partner or group
Start with one person and one week. You might agree to be in the kitchen by 7:15 on workdays, then talk later about what helped. The point is a commitment you can both understand, rather than a contest to choose the earliest hour.
Coop also supports groups. You can find a public group or join using a group code. Joining shares daily stats, streaks and wake times with members while sharing is on. A private group is not publicly listed, but anyone with its code can join.
Shared progress is different from a remote alarm
Wake Partners shares the results your alarm records. It does not automatically call your friend, set a remote alarm on their phone, or provide continuous live monitoring. Arrange any calls or personal messages separately.
An alarm completion cannot tell a partner everything about the morning, including whether somebody went back to bed. Use the record as context for a useful conversation, not as proof of how someone spent the rest of the day.
Control what you share
Partner connections require agreement from both people. You can turn sharing off, remove a partner, or block a connection. Group members can see the shared stats and wake times described before joining.
Sharing changes need a connection and take effect after the app receives confirmation. Read the privacy page before enabling shared results. Keep group codes within the people you intend to invite.
Questions before your first alarm
Is Coop a social alarm clock app?
Coop adds a social side to your own alarm through optional Wake Partners and groups. Share wake results and streaks with people you choose. Each person still sets and completes their own alarm.
Can my friend see when I woke up?
Connected partners can see shared daily results, streaks and wake times while sharing is enabled. The information updates when Coop syncs; an offline person may have an older result.
Can I set an alarm on a friend’s phone?
Wake Partners is for sharing morning progress. It does not remotely set or trigger someone else’s alarm. Each person manages their own alarms.
Can I join an accountability group?
Yes. Coop supports public groups and groups joined by code. Joining shares your daily stats, streaks and wake times with members while sharing is on.
Is this an emergency or missed-wake monitoring service?
No. Results are not continuously live, and friends may be unavailable. Use Wake Partners for ordinary habit support, not safety or emergency monitoring.
