How it works

Four steps, about a minute.

  1. Pick your missions

    Fourteen to choose from. You decide which ones you'd actually do at 6am.

  2. It crows

    Starts quiet and far away, then gets closer and louder until you move.

  3. You do the mission

    Solve it, scan it, walk it or photograph it, and the alarm stops.

  4. Your streak goes up

    Miss a morning and a freeze covers you, if you've saved one.

Coop uses AlarmKit on iOS 26+ and exact alarms on Android. Some phone makers limit background alarms. The in-app guide links to the settings that matter on Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo and Huawei.
